Are you energetic, fun, responsible and love to learn and share your knowledge?  If the answer is yes, we would love for you to come work with us at Whatley Swim.  We are a seasonal mobile swim school for students of all ages and levels.  We cover the Austin metropolitan area (including Travis, Williamson, Burnet, Bastrop and Hays counties).

We are looking for active, joyful and self-motivated instructors, with or without swim team experience (you will be going through our training program to learn our techniques).  Bilingual is a plus. 

We run background checks and require that all our instructors be CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certified through the American Red Cross (certification is available through Whatley Swim) and undergo our Training Program (20 hours minimum).  Instructors must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the USA, have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and be willing to drive to multiple locations.  Working season is from May 1 to September 30, Monday-Thursday and some Fridays or weekends for makeup lessons.

We offer $21-$23/hour compensation (depending on driving locations) plus incentives and monthly bonuses.
